Hey, I’m Keiah.

I'm a Pastoral Counselor at Revive, and I work with Christians who have experienced tough stuff in their lives. My goal is to help you stop the negative cycles and negative feelings, and walk beside you on the path to healing.

FINANCES:

I am out-of-network with insurance. My rate per session is $115.

MY APPROACH

I love helping people improve and seeing them finally getting the life they desire. I’m committed to encouraging you to see healing and transformation are possible.

I’m blessed with a natural ability to:

  • Understand people's experiences

  • Help people identify what they are feeling

  • Sense what other people may be thinking and feeling

  • Explain mental health symptoms in an easy to understand way

Our Sessions are Focused On You

Our sessions together will provide you with the space to find peace and silence that is not experienced in other places. In feeling safe and comfortable, you'll be able to feel what you need to feel and be understood and heard. 

It's important to me to create safety within session and focus on setting goals and working on reaching them together. There isn't a "one size fits all" approach to counseling. Our sessions will fit your specific needs and concerns.

People who work with me say I am a good listener who can sit with people, even when things feel dark or hopeless.

As a counselor, I embrace the following philosophies:

  • I believe that you are strong enough to be present with what you may be going through

  • I believe that therapy should address the person as a whole - their mind, body, and spirit

Helping people is a blessing. Being a Christian Counselor is fulfilling work. The most rewarding thing about being a Christian Counselor is seeing a person walk away lighter, more free, and excited about their life.

My journey to becoming a Christian Counselor

 

Like many people, I too have experienced hard things in my life. But through God’s work in me, I was able to find healing and wholeness, and I’ve been called to help others do that important work as well.

It’s an honor to get to share the love of Christ with people, and help them get on a path to healing.

I’m now able to help others with their mental health, and helping them find their identity in Christ.
