IT’S TIME TO GET YOUR LIFE BACK.

Christian Counseling
for Depression

Helping people find hope, encouragement, joy, and contentment again.

It feels like you’re trying to climb out of a well.

The only problem is that by the time you’re able to get a grip, you just slide back down. Depression has you in a place of constantly trying to move forward, but you just feel stuck.

Depression can be caused by a lot of things. Sometimes, there may be a biological reason you’re feeling depressed. In many cases, however, depression comes from negative thought patterns. Depression causes pain and concern for lots of people, especially Christians. You might be thinking, “If I’m a Christian, I’m supposed to be happy. Maybe I don’t have enough faith!”

But it’s important to understand this: depression does not equate to faithlessness.

Are you tired of feeling exhausted, drained, and overwhelmed?

When’s the last time you truly felt happy? Look back on your life, and be honest with yourself: when’s the last time you truly felt peace? Do you feel loved, valued, and important? Or does life feel more like an endless loop of disappointment and heartache?

Do any of these sound like you?

  • You lost the joyful feelings that you used to have in life.

  • You feel like you’re in a constant state of fog and it rules your life.

  • You feel like there are so many things to manage and that forever growing "to do list" of yours leaves you feeling completely overwhelmed.

If this is you, we want you to know you’re not “crazy”. And even though you might feel alone in your struggle, what you are going through is common and it's okay to ask for help.

It's not selfish to prioritize caring for yourself. You don't have to always prioritize work or your family’s needs over your own needs.

Christian Counseling for Depression can help you get your life back.

It really is possible to feel better. Imagine a life where you could:

  • Really feel joy.

  • Stop feeling overwhelmed all the time.

  • Shift into a more positive and hopeful outlook on life.

  • Finally be free from years of constant feelings of fog and hopelessness.

  • Change your life for the better.
