Hi, I’m Taylor
Choosing the right counselor can be a huge challenge. It’s not like picking a doctor, hairstylist, or a veterinarian. These can be hard choices as well, but a therapist is someone you can share your heart with, and talk about the challenges you’re facing. If you’re reading this, it means you’re probably searching for just the right person you believe can help you.
People who find success with me are ones who understand that therapy is not a quick fix, but a process that involves hard work. It’s important to have an open heart and mind, ready to dig in and work toward making changes in your life. As your counselor, I will guide you to a better understanding of your emotions relating to the obstacles you may be facing, but it is up to you to put the new skills you will learn to good use and implement the necessary changes to restore your joy and experience freedom.
Most of my work involves women who are struggling in their life, whether they’re dealing with troubled relationships or internal struggles with anxiety and depression.
I also work with children through age 12 who are having trouble in school or at home. Today’s kids are faced with many things that make it difficult to navigate through daily life. I will work with your child to overcome these roadblocks and motivate them to move forward with more confidence.
Here, my goal is to create a place that’s comfortable where you can share your heart. I’m not here to judge all the “sins” in your life, but rather, to speak truth in love and help you take a personal inventory of areas you’d like to grow. Then, I offer support, insights, and practical steps to make those changes happen.
